This Personalised Anniversary Gift is made from buttons and Gems formed into a heart shape.
The most popular anniversary years are shown on the images but I can make for any year, please just select other on the options and provide information.
The text underneath can be changed to your requirement or no text needs to be included, in which case the heart will be centralised within the frame.
All encased in a Shadow Box frame which measures 25cm x 25cm x 3cm with an aperture of 20cm x20cm
